We are a property management company that oversees 27 housing communities and apartments. We are looking for a full time office worker to add to our corporate management team.
Tasks and duties can range from minor bookkeeping, assisting supervisors on projects, filing accounts payables/receivables, processing tenancy applications, filing resident notes/notices/incidents, interaction with on-site property managers, outside contractors, drafting storage agreements, updating/logging work orders, attending training sessions, updating lists such as fictitious business names/insurance/gas notebooks etc.
This is not a remote position nor are we looking for someone just for bookkeeping. This position is approximately 25% bookkeeping and 75% property and project managing.
Experience would be preferred however, we will provide inhouse training.
